Planned Preventative Maintenance
We carry out planned preventative maintenance of all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment on site. Our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) program aims to prevent the breakdown or failure of equipment before it actually occurs. This provides uninterrupted operation of your equipment and can increase the lifespan of your plant and equipment.
For ESMS we provided a bespoke planned preventative maintenance programs which we tailored to their particular needs ensuring minimum. Our visits take place out of school hours or at the most convenient time to ensure the day to day running of the school is not disrupted.
PPM programs include equipment checks, replacement of worn parts, general overhauls, specialist servicing and much more. The timing of each maintenance check is dependent on the equipment, recognised maintenance standards, our expert recommendation and your own requirements.

ESMS Installation
The School is renowned for its sporting achievements and a recent full refurbishment of its fitness suite was undertaken.
We were asked to design and install effective Air Conditioning for the new facility. We selected a Mitsubishi twin system where 2 10KW wall mounted units were twinned with one outdoor condensing unit.
Both units were run from one PAR-32 LCD controller. The controllers time clock was set and temperature parameters were programmed to ensure the room temperature couldn’t be set too high or too low. The facility to lock the controller was also engaged to prevent the setting being tampered with. Setting up the controller in this way is also the most cost efficient way to run the system. Doing so reduces your energy bills considerably.
The project was completed on schedule and on budget.
